The Early Days
BuildingLink was founded in 1999 with the simple idea that property management could be streamlined and the lives of property managers and their residents could be made easier.
It was a revolutionary concept, asking our early operators to use brand new software—and pay for it too! Thanks to our earliest adopters in New York and Boston, we were able to get off the ground. The following years proved that our revolutionary concept was a good one! Slowly but surely, we added more features and hardware, as well as more cities, and then more countries.
